My parcel CP[protected]IN has not been delivered yet. It weighs 19.6kg, Postage Rs 9392, booked on 22-02-22 at Chandigarh GPO 160017. Its been almost 50 days now and today I get to know that my parcel has been lost. I don't understand that how could such a big parcel go missing and can't be located. I request India Post to investigate the matter, locate it thoroughly and arrange to deliver it its destination as soon as possible.

    I UMAKANT TIWARI, had applied for driving license renewal which was booked at 11/03/2022 Lucknow BNPL SPHub and dispatched at 14/03/2022, my consignment number is EU[protected]IN, my driving license number is UP50 [protected], but i still haven't received my driving license,
    Please kindly take action into this matter as soon as possible

      There is a way to behave with the customers, who all come from different places far away from the post office.And yet the staffs they act as if we are beggers, on asking something they say go the main executive and on the asking the main executive they say go ask the other person, is this what Indian Government is here for, without proper customer care. Very ill response/behaviour of the staffs towards the customer.As the citizen of India is this how we should be treated as if we are begging. Because of the large amount of taxes we pay Government runs and still we face such pathetic behaviour from the govt. staffs.

          My speed post, EK[protected]IN shows the status "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" even when the complete and correct address is provided. The address to be delivered to correctly mentions House no D4-304, The contact details of the recipient are also correctly mentioned however no contact was attempted. Can you please help me with this as I am not able to make any contact to all mobile numbers being useless?

              I have ordered medicine for my father from an online website https://store.arogyamayurveda.com/ and the same has been sent by Speed Post from Jalandhar to Guwahati at my residential address.

              Status shows - Item dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO 4 days ago on 9th April 22 however it is still not delivered and there's no further update on the same.

              Content- Medicine for my dad (Aged 70)

              It's crucial and I need the medicines delivered at the earliest.

                Two separate USPS items were shipped from Michigan early February 2022 and the last known tracking updates were on February 12 and 18 indicating "item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on February 12, 2022 at 8:29 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

                Where are my packages? I have very angry customers. Who can I contact?

                      Our Consignment EG[protected]IN arrived at KOL AP TMO on 1st April and is stuck. Today is 11th April and still no update on the traking page.

                      There is important documentation on it that needs to reach Shillong ASAP.

                      This never happened before.. Pease help

                        I had applied for TATKAL passport in Delhi RK Puram Office.
                        Passport was dispatched on 07th April.
                        The passport has been lying in Delhi AP TMO ever since.
                        I need the passport since there is a medical emergency in my family.

                          This is to inform that the registered parcel (tracking number:-CM[protected]IN) was dispatched from Mumbai Cst Rs TMO on 7th April 2022, but unfortunately, it has been more than three days but hasn't reached anywhere. The update still shows 'item dispatched from Mumbai Cst Rs TMO. I am seriously concerned about the order whether it has lost as it's not getting updated. Kindly take immediate response.

                          To be very honest, no action was taken by India post due to complaining. It all . The product occured by itself. The product reached ranchi long ago but thanks to the advanced tracking system, they notified me a long time after

                            There is no update in my parcel delivery since last 30th March, Currently it is in NP and status as “Received Receptacle from abroad“ and no updates on it's delivery, it is couriered on 17th March 2022 through India Speed Postal but still it's delaying the delivery and No update.

                              I had sent a parcel through Indiapost from Chennai to Delhi on 1/04/22
                              Article No:CT[protected]IN has been Delivered by ODP (Beat No:B8) on06/04/2022 16:41:51 - INDPOST

                              I sent 8 dresses but only 7 were there in the parcel. One dress worth 2500 is Missing. Parcel has been opened n again sealed with brown tape.
                              I hv trusted the Indian post n used it's services many times from Chennai to various cities but never faced this issue.
                              First time used it for Delhi n items r missing
                              Please help me as there is a major issue in Delhi in postal service. Pls take some action

                              Like he has only removed the dress and then brown taped it. And asking you for a refund(if the receiver is a customer)?

                                  My parcel EE[protected]IN was booked at kolasib s.o on 31st of march it was stuck there until 4th of April, it is being too slow I am used to receiving my parcels in 5 days of being dispatched by my sender, it is almost 10th of april and i still see it not even entering my state West Bengal. It is getting stuck for 2-3 days at one place after being received. As it being an important document I have been really anxious. I need you to please look into it. People with anxiety have a really bad problem with suddenly to cope up with these. All the more the parcels very often get badly damaged, then what is the need of paying such high shipping fees if my parcel being thoroughly packed gets broken ?

                                    It has been 3 days now continuously - my Passport was supposed to arrive by Speed Post but no one has attempted any delivery to my given address. The address provided by me is correct and the contact details are correct as well. Even then, when I am trying to track the delivery status, it is showing ''Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located''

                                    Please note that NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN Attempted. I have been at home all day - no one contacted and no one came to the house to deliver the passport.

                                    Please provide prompt resolution to this complaint.

                                      The post EG[protected]IN was dispatched to branch office on 6, but I still haven't received it yet, the post consisted of sensitive documents needed for urgent use .I would request you to look into the matter and get the post delivered as soon as possible.I have contacted the local branch and they haven't received it and called customer care but no help.

                                        The parcels that I'm supposed to recieve gets stuck at LGBI API TMO for many days. I live at Jalukbari, Guwahati which is very nearby to LGBI API TMO. Please make sure that this issue doesn't continue.
