I had ordered a pair of earrings from "Etsy .com", which cost me £ 13.95 (including local taxes). The order was posted via Royal Mail, UK, later to be delivered by India Post.

However, the item has not been delivered even after almost a month. The last tracking information was updated on 10/03/2022. The tracking status shows "Item Bagged at London AMU". After contacting Royal Mail, they informed me that my item had been stuck...

I live in Edinburgh, Scotland. My parents live in Almora Uttrakhand. My father registered to me some very important documents from Almora on the 8th of March. Through the tracking number I see that the letter travelled smoothly till the 12th of March, when it reached Delhi. After the 12th of March the status says IGI TMO, send to receptacle abroad (Otb). And the letter has not moved from there since that day. Sir/Ma'am its been 12 days, my father being a retired person spent almost rs2000 to send me those documents through registry post as DHL or courier is very expensive.

I am not able to attach the copy of the receipt and all the screenshots I have taken of the tracking history. How can I do that t provide more information?

My Speed post letter has been posted on 15th March 2022 at Basant Lok BNPL SP Hub. But tracking status still showing at Delhi AP TMO since[protected]. Screenshot is attached. Neither the status is updated for the last two days nor the item is delivered even after more than a 7 days.
It is the fate of a SPEEDPOST...

Tracking no: CL[protected]IN and CL[protected]IN
I ordered 2 products from Kerala to Port Blair, items are sent through india post on 02/03/2022 and 05/03/2022 but from 12/03/2022 tracking details of the registered post is not yet updated and product is not delivered. Please look into this and solve issue as soon as possible. My previous orders with india post are delivered within 1 week, but it is taking too long time. Attached images for further information.

My parcel has been dispatched from New Delhi RS TMO on 17/03/2022 and it should reach me by now, but the tracking has not been updated since then and there's no update on tracking details. My tracking consignment number is AX[protected]IN. Please resolve this problem on urgent basis. I urgently need my credit card as i have to pay my medical expenses

I have submitted ba a parcel on 9th of March 2022 to be sent to Kohima from my location Kolkata, but since 11th March 2022 the parcel is stuck at Kol AP TMO and there are no updates after that. I want the parcel to be transferred to the desired location. My tracking ID is EW[protected]IN. Please help. It is very urgent.

I am tracking packages EA[protected]IN and EM[protected]N. They have been stuck in New Delhi IGI TMO otb status for 13 days. On March 1, I paid $30 for EMS speed post. It is now March 19 and my package hasn’t even arrived in the U.S. Plenty kindly give me an update on shipping?

With very much dissatisfaction i am writing this complaint email regarding my Speed post Parcel ( EW[protected]IN ), which I booked from Shantiniketan (Bolpur Post office ) booked on 18th Feb ( 11:43 am )
destination- Bokaro steel city.

i have booked a few valuable things which were of More than ( INR 12000 ) few sarees, suits, Kurtas. for my parents. were stolen on the way and mentioned as damages. when I booked the parcel weight was of 4.435 kg and when my parents received the damaged parcel it was having a weight of only 2.2kg. ( Image attached )

and the strange part is that there is no one to take accountability for the loss. i am attaching the letter also from the Dhanbad HOD who accepted that product was damaged before it reached Bokaro.

i reported this matter to ( [protected]@indiapost.gov.in & [protected]@indiapost.gov.in ) however no action was taken & didn't get any response from any of the officials.

Please help.

Item sent by SPEED POST 9 days ago. From many days the item is sitting in Delhi AP TMO.

I posted a complaint that my package that I paid for by speed post was delayed, I was forced to take a delivery method i DID NOT WANT, I got told my problem was solved and action would be taken BUT NOTHING WAS DONE . India post has still not delivered the package, Their Customer Complaint website is purposefully made to NOT WORK and show errors .

illegal and almost criminal like service and business practices, Fraud, extortion, delay of services, No proper tracking location of packages or their condition and OVER CHARGING and giving wrong weights for a package that weighs less than 500gms and is mostly tape .

This is DHARMENDRA. FROM TAMILNADU VELLORE DISTRICT, on[protected] i have sent 5 registered post to CHENGAM BDO OFFICE REGARDING RTI, WHERE i have clearly mentioned address and PINCODE (606701) EVEN in the registration receipt also they mentioned 606701,

WHILE TRACKING I SEEN THAT the letter has been forwarded to different location, and there it shows the DELIVERY PINCODE is 606709, no where i have mentioned 606709, but it has been forwarded to 606709 (thukkapet so) for delivery and returned for insufficient address detail. But after 2 days it shows it has been delivered to THUKKAPET ADDRESS. i am seriously concern about the status of my letter.

Regarding the DELIVERY PINCODE ISSUE i bring it to the Sathuvachari sub postmaster knowledge. But she says, i could have mentioned pincode in that "to column"

After arguement she says "wait till it return to your address" What kind of reply is this?

So pathetic to get this reply.

Today i received my package through Indiapost, it was my first time experience and the postman named "Charan Singh" called me and started the conversation in a rude way like an egoistic person does to their worker. However I still talked to him in a nice way and told him where to come yet he was being mean and rude and told me where to come instead of coming to my home i had to walk up to him for 200m while he was talking to me in a rude behaviour i hated this as much as I could but couldn't argue with him due to him being a senior citizen i hereby request the manager to reach upto him and punish him for the behaviour.
