I purchased an item from India which was shipped using India post. It's been sorting in lgi TMO with event of "item dispatched " for last 4 days without any update. Grateful if you can look into it and ensure that the tracking is updated. Tracking number is CT[protected]IN.

My items which is suppose to reach USA has been stuck at IGI TMO New Delhi since 23. February. 2022. It's status is Send Receptacle Abroad (Otb). Since this is urgently needed to reach its destination please help me resolve my problem. Consignment Number CP[protected]IN

Dear Sirs,
Several SMSs were received since 29.11.2021 about the status of movement of the Article no. EW[protected]IN. The Last SMS received on 09.12.2021 that "The Article no. EW[protected]IN has been Delivered by AMAL CHANDR (Beat no.:38) on 09.12.2021 14:25:37 - INDPOST".

On tracking thru INDIAPOST-Track Consignment, it showed "Delivered to DO DEY at 1327hrs and Delivery Confirmed at 1425hrs of 09/12/2021",

Unfortunately, the stated Article has NOT been received by Mrs. D. DEY, the Addressee as stated. Also the Senders name remains unknown yet. All available SMS Intimations Received and Status from INDIAPOST Track Consignment are forwarded in attachment, for your convenience.

Further mails dt. 15.12.2021 & 25.01.2022 has been sent but to no response.

Plz look into the matter with priority And arrange for recovery of the Article no. EW[protected]IN. else it might turn into a very serious issue, if mis-delivered.

The postman/postmen never deliver parcels to my home. Every time he would call me up and inform that the parcel has arrived and asking me to come and pick it up for myself from the post office.
On further enquiry, it has come to my knowledge that this is their modus operandi for every other parcels too. This Non-fulfillment of their duties have caused immensed inconvenience to many customers. The worst affected are those from poor families and other busy employees who cannot afford to come to the post office for various reasons.

Requesting your urgent intervention in this regard.

Hi I have sent parcel from Nz to India never been delivered around 2 months now. Tried their contact centre no answer, send email no answer. Very disappointed, no status about parcel uw[protected]nz

My university documents which I needed urgently for university application is stuck at Delhi AP TMO since March 1st. I expected the documents to reach me on 3rd march but its already March 7. This can cost me my admission.

My name is Mithun V and Our parents have shipped us some sweets/items via India Speed Post for my wife's baby shower ceremony and it was booked on 22/02/2022. My parcel has been showing "Send receptacle abroad (Otb)" since 27/02/2022.

This is totally unacceptable as our parents paid extra money to make sure the sent parcel will be prioritized and delivered within a maximum of 5 business days(as promised by our Tirupur Post Office). Those are snack items which won't survive longer and now it's sitting for not sure how long will it take before they send it and update to the next stage.

I'm very disappointed in this matter and request for a full refund. If it's a speed/Express post, there has to be contractual obligations, failing/ delaying that need to make sure, it has been informed appropriately. We already lost interest in getting them due to this unexpected delay and not sure in what condition they are going to be delivered.

It's been 3 years already since we visited India due to the pandemic and now facing this although we paid for it. Kindly look into this request and see what's happening and what best you can offer for delaying.

The speed post no EU70539841IN item booked on 7/2/2022 was not delivered due to insufficient address. But the last update on 2/03/2022 is showing in nearest post office and not delivered to me till now.

Both my posts are not delivered. But, Indiapost Consignment Tracking shows '' item delivery confirmed'' on 03/03/2022 .
I didn't received any Post either my family members also not received.

CI[protected]IN is my tracking number. The item was handed over to india post on 4 feb 2022 ans still hasnt reached it destination. Noone has any status update in the office. Nor they reply to any e-mails or calls.

Item delivery confirmed without being received by me

My shipment reached DIMC on 1st of February 2022 but there's still no update or further transition. It has been more than a month. No further information is being provided. My Tracking Id is RS[protected]DE

My parents have send me some food in parcel using indian postal service. The item received was fully damaged and eaten by rats. The folling are the details.

My USPS package with Tracking Number : UM[protected]US having same status since 21 Oct 2021 that item is "Departed. Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on October 21, 2021 at 9:59 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination".
Now its more than 4 months and no information received.

I booked parcel from srinagar GPO for gorakhpur up which was delivered yester day 4th of march but the parcel was damaged and goods were misplaced now what can i do i am sharing vedio with you

A parcel was send from India to Russia on 7th of february.on 10th of february, the update shows send receptacle abroad, IGI TMO NEW DELHI.
Tracking id is ET[protected]IN.there is no update after 10th regarding the parcel and I would like to know what's the delay.
It's been 23 days!!!??

My parcel still not reached its Destination from 32 days please help me out...it's urgent my documents is in that...
