I had sent some important documents to my friend, the tracking number of item is EM[protected]IN.

He got a message that the product is not delivered because of locked gate, and the same is shown on the tracking page, but in reality no one came to the house to deliver it the whole day. The moment my friend received the message, my friend was in the house itself.

The package clearly mentioned my friend's number and proper address, but no call was received as well.

Do help us with the issue as the documents are highly important and very urgently required.

              I ordered an item from e-commerce website on 19th January 2022, it was supposed to be delivered at garhkhatanga ring road tupudana Ranchi, consignment was last updated on 25th January 2022, showing that the item has been dispatched from MA RANCHI RMS TMO at 4:49 am.                       I booked a parcel from Srisailam to Dhanbad on 29/01/22 and still didn't receive the parcel. I have been tracking it since many days. It has to come to dhanbad from Ranchi but it got returned to hyderabad and again came to ranchi and now dhanbad. Before they could deliver the parcel to me now it is showing that parcel is in ranchi and dispatched. Rms office of ranchi are not lifting the calls and there is no contact number of dhanbad post office. Please send my parcel as soon as posible.

                          Unable to track consignment it giving error "Consignment details not found"

                          I have shared the confidential documents to Noida location. It has been more than month still its not delivered to the office. When I went to track the consignment id it says "Consignment details not found" Need your assistance on this as it contains all my personal documents.

                          Please find the consignment receipt in attachment.

                          Any help would be greatly appreciated....

                          I have a package being sent from Maharshi Nagar to Texas, USA. I have been tracking the package but it doesn't look like it has been updated. It's saying "Send Receptacle Abroad (Otb) since 01:10:42 on 11/02/2022. It's been 4 days and I don't know the status or location of my package.

                          Please look into the matter and update the tracking information.
