A package that was to be delivered to me on 22nd January has not yet been delivered, even though the delivery notification says "Item Delivery Confirmed". I called up the Customer Care several times, and once I was told the package was only delivered to the post office on the 22nd of January and was provided with a wrong number of a retired delivery man. Neither my house nor my apartment guard received any package. Where is my package?

20 days ago i posted a letter in the mail box. The letter was properly written with stamp pasted and the to and from address properly written. Its been so long and i haven't received it yet. I posted the letter in the mail bo which was in frn tof the epost office of Jayanagar, Bangalore. 560069

My Parcel from Germany still didn't reach me. It never reached the delivery depot and false information was added on the tracking. It is an urgent parcel and i went to the Post office to collect but they asked me to come back in 2 days. Now they have redirected the courier to some other Post office and am unable to even lodge a complaint as The sender is from Germany.
You can at least just send the courier back to the post office in vadgoan Budruk and I will collect it from there.

I ordered medicine asusual from Jaipur an ayurvedic medicine for my mother she is an epileptic patient and she needs medicine regular basis thank God here was stock available. With me for extra days otherwise my mother could suffers and I too .the speed post is still in transit and tracking system was stopped parcel was held at many TMO for weeks it's almost now 22 days I didn't get delivery I'm so worried about my mother as she has onlyf ew days medicines left and she if not had timely medicine she got fits please help me it's a hand fold request .my parcel is stucked at Jammu since 13 days but India post is not delivering it .so please sort out my issue on humanitarian ground please

I had sent a speed Post which included my transcripts on 27 Dec 2021 to WES Canada from Pune. The last update on the portal i can see is on 10 Jan 2022 saying received receptacle from abroad. Another courier sent on the same day is delivered. When i tried checking with the customer service i received a response asking to connect with customs department or check with the receiver. My important document in article booked from patna has been stucked in delhi ap tmo post office from 14 january. And then it has not been delivered to the address and not updated from 14 january. Please help me

I had booked for a speed post delivery of my item at Selaqui, Dehradun on 13th of Jan 2022, and the consignment reached Air LGBI AP TMO on 15th Jan, and it was dispatched on the same day. But there has been no further update ever since. Today is the 24th of Jan 2022, it's been almost 2 weeks now and the consignment hasn't been delivered. The distance between the last dispatched location and my delivery location is less than a day. My tracking number is EV[protected]IN. Please please get my consignment delivered by any means! It's very important to me!

My courier (Tracking no: ED[protected]IN stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 14 th Jan 2022 and canada toronto office has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been more than 10 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important wes document. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

My speed post EMS tracking number is EI[protected]IN.

It was an international package sent from Indore, India. I was the receiver in California USA but due to wrong zip code (Instead of 92606 they entered 09260). My package went to some military services address and later on it gets lost. (Lost Confirmation mail is attached with this application)

Note: Sender( My father) submitted the zip code correctly but later on it was manipulated that result into the status of lost package. (Receipt is attached as a proof)

After confirming from USA postal service that package has been lost, we proceed to claim for it.
Regarding my claim we came to know that will be getting only 30% of whatever we had claimed.
This is even not compromised amount. My father sent items of 21k (We submitted bills at local post office too).

Looking forward to hear from you soon Sir/Madam. We suffered a lot physically & mentally during these months.
