My parcel showed item returned addressee cannot be located status on 25th Jan even though I had been calling the India post helpline since 24th regarding the delay
I called 4 various places numbers given by helpline services multiple times but everyone is telling a different story
I get a call 4 days ago from the post office and they tell me they marked the wrong status and it will be delivered the same day
I still haven't received the parcel been 2 weeks.
The online status being shown is dispatched from Ghaziabad CMO on 26th but the post office told me otherwise

customer care is a joke, called them multiple times and the only thing they do is tell me to contact the sender. How does that work?

i request for my article to be delivered at earliest and safely.

I booked a parcel from Aizawl on 24/01/2022...it has reached Kolkata but still I haven't received it. The parcel is to be delivered to the pincode 700131 but it went to Burdwan which is completely a different district. And it came back again. And now it's going back and forth between Kolkata PH and Kolkata RMS mails TMO. I don't know why it's taking so long to get the parcel delivered when it's supposed to be delivered within Kolkata only.
Please look into this matter. Thank you.

An extremely critical document for me was booked in Asansol Post Office by Speed Post on 27th January, 2022 morning & since then this envelope has been shuttling between Asansol ICH & Kolkata TMO multiple times without getting delivered to me. In fact this envelope never reached my local CC Block Post Office at 700064 even.
The Booking ID for this consignment is EW[protected]IN & the tracking result shows the above discrepancy.
The delivery address is Kanchan Chakraborty, AD 292, Sector I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700064.
Multiple calls made to Indian Post Customer Care number also has not yielded any result.

Showing Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located In Status.

I have sent a letter from Germany using the Deutsch post service. I can track the information and it says the parcel has been received at the destination country. But due to insufficient address, it has not been delivered. And it has not been returned to sender as well. Please help in this regard. the tracking number is given below.

I have two parcels on my way to New Zealand sent by my mum from India
Parcel one EP( protected) IN was sent on 26 Nov 2021 from Punjab and then departed from Delhi on 16 Dec 2021. The status is still showing it is transit to New Zealand. It is been two months now, please let me know what is going on.
Parcel two- CP( protected) IN, sent out from same place on 4 January and out from Delhi to New Zealand on 12 January 2022. The same status displayed on tracking site.
Both of my parcels has one important piece of document that is highly needed.
Could you please follow up on my packages and let me inform.

I haven't got any information about the parcel, It was to be delivered before 25th January when I track my parcel it shows package at hold by coustoms
It something is wrong I had given my phone number The coustoms should give a call or atleast a message about the problem, I'm really upset with the services and will not continue to Shipp with this service again .

Sent a registered notice vide no RS[protected]IN on 02/12/2021 bit till date no delivery

My parcel was sent from India on 12/01/22 to Malawi, since 20/01/2022 when tracking it just on obt, where is the parcel now? When will it reach to Malawi? Please help me

My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 26th Jan, 2022 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 2 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is EM[protected]IN

India Post is the third class service provider of speed post. My address was properly mentioned and the pincode was mentioned by passport authority not me...though they could have called me on my number...only pincode was wrong but the entire address is common sense for postman to cross check and deliver.

Tracking ID - EX[protected]IN get it delivered asap or else a legal action would be taken.

My PAN card consignment no. is EA[protected]IN. This has been delivered to wrong address that is Maharashtra and I live in Madhya Pradesh. Kindly resolve my problem.

Hello, my India post parcel EH[protected]IN has been dispatched from Silchar TMO and it's been four days and still no further updates, it's an really important parcel for me so please look into the matter.

I have sent my degree certificate via Speed post on 20th Jan to Shivajinagar Pune.It was reached to Pune NSH on 22nd Jan and was routed wrongly to khadki SO instead of Shivajinagar SO.
It was reached khadki SO on Morning 24 th Jan at 8:54 am and still any action hasn't been taken on it.It should have been delivered on 25 th itself.

I tried to contact khadki SO but no one was responding. I had contacted customer care but no actions from the too. Also I registered my complaint on Indian Post portal but It was not of any use.As usual not action from this too.

The degree certificate was required for my VISA application and it was urgent.But incompetent services of Indian Post it is getting delayed.

This delay will cause huge impact on my career growth and also financial loss.

So I sincerely request you to look into it and please give me compensation for my loss.

I hope it will be seen as a important matter and actions will be taken at earliest.

A package that was to be delivered to me on 22nd January has not yet been delivered, even though the delivery notification says "Item Delivery Confirmed". I called up the Customer Care several times, and once I was told the package was only delivered to the post office on the 22nd of January and was provided with a wrong number of a retired delivery man. Neither my house nor my apartment guard received any package. Where is my package?
