    With al due respect towards the administration,
    I had a parcel out for delivery today, so i stayed home to recieve the parcel and so the postman wont have trouble getting it delivered. I also called the post office, but the person i spoke to didn't respond quite well and later today the delivery was on hold, with reason being 'the door was locked'. I dont quite clearly understand, how the door could be locked while i was all day waiting for the parcel. I just have this disbelief of how that could be possible.

      My USPS package was supposed to be delivered to Mumbai in November 2021, but it still hasn't been delivered. The message says 'Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on November 17, 2021 at 8:25 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.'

      The tacking number of my package is UM[protected]US.
      There has been no real time update on the whereabouts of the package. I've visited my local post office thrice but they have no clue about it.

      How do I find out where my package is and is it held up by customs?

      I've seen a lot of people with the same grievance, whose packages have been floating in transit for almost 7-8 months, without any resolve to their issue.

      Please, help me find my package. Thank you

        It has been 12 days and i did not receive my parcel it has been showing at jammu from last 6 days it only takes 1 day to reach from jammu to srinagar...please solve my query i am so worrief

          My parcel from Tamilnadu to Delhi was sent on 28.12.2021 and it reached Hazrat Nizamuddin on 2.1.2022 but the parcel was not still delivered to me..I have registered complaint and contacted customer care..still I didn't received my parcel. Kindly help me in this regard.

            I purchased an online item from USA which should have been delivered to me by now but instead I see Held In Customs. I don't know why they are doing this. All the paperwork and duties are supposed to be paid. The seller confirms that they have done the paperworks and customs and everything. My tracking number is EP(protected)US. Please help.

                ITEM ON HOLD ADRESSE ABSENT(package not delivered)

                Address: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Office Level, Building No. 02, Mindspace, Serene Properties IT/ITES SEZ, Thane-Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai – 400708, INDIA

                I had couriered a package but the status is now showing ITEM ON HOLD ADRESSE ABSENT. I had mentioned the address clearly on the package. It is an Accenture office, the address is" 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Office Level, Building No. 02, Mindspace, Serene Properties IT/ITES SEZ, Thane-Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai – 400708, INDIA". Previously it was showing address could not be located no it is on hold I don't know why ... Kindly help me...

                Dear Sir Madam,

                I live in K block Sector 12 Noida near about post office Noida Sector 12 S. O 201301.
                On 11th Jan 2022, my wife went post office for entry in the passbook but it was declined by the post office and told that you would have to visit at account opening branch. Now all the bank and post office has been fully digital and we do this work at any branch.
                Kindly look into this and allow/instruct to post office for entry in the passbook.

                  I booked my speed post consignment from Kharar SO Rupnagar 140301 with consignment number EP[protected]IN, on tracking it is showing item recieved at DELHI AP TMO on 11 January 2022 and there is ni update since 11 jan and this consignment contains Practical File for my MBBS University Practical Exam which is starting from 16 January 2022 kindly help me with this i need this consignment as early as possible to be delivered.

                    Tracking number [EC[protected]IN]
                    The parcel was booked in Rajnandgaon HO(491441) on 08-jan-2022 for patna SO (PIN 497331). It was dispatched from BILASPUR RS TMO on 11-jan-2022. The status has not changed/updated since that date. It has been 5 days now. I really need for the parcel to be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19. So can I at least know if this delivery is still in process or if the parcel is lost?

                          I ordered a package on Dec 6th 2021. On Dec 8th it reached the sorting office at Mumbai Airport, where it has been stuck ever since. What is going on? If there is a problem, please contact me or the sender of the package. Otherwise, please release it and send it off as soon as possible. This is really not acceptable.

                            I have sent parcel on 3rd January 2022 through speed post from Indore to chitrakoot (Karwi DMG) with consignment number EI[protected]IN.
                            Parcel contain 2 facial kit, 1 booklet and 1 lipstick worth Rs.6000.
                            It has reached to chitrakoot ( reciever) on 11th January 2022. But when it was opened by receiver, it was completely damaged and previously opened by the post office authority.
                            As booklet was completely torned, 1 facial kit worth 5000 has 6 pcs but 2 pcs were missing.
                            Another facial kit packaging was also damaged.

                              My parcel with number RX[protected]DE has been in Kolkata customs since 27/12/21. On 4/01/21 I recieved an update that it has been retained by border agency/ security for you. They're literally just makeup items and it's not the first time that I'm ordering from this company like this. This is so concerning and frustrating because no one would even speak to me about the problem and help me out. Please look into it and help me out.

                                My parcel was booked at SPP Bilaspur Industrial Estate SO on 07/01/2022 for pincode 497335. It is showing to be dispatched at Baikunthpur SO to BO since 10/01/2022. The status has not changed. It is a registered parcel and very important. The consignment number is EC[protected]IN. Please update the status and let me know when it will be delivered.Please Deliver it fast.

                                    I have been residing at the current address for over 20 years and never had a problem with receiving post/mails before.

                                    My PVC Aadhar Copy (and my wife's) was received yesterday at the Aundh Post Office in Pune and returned the same day to the Pune NSH. The reason given was "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS".

                                    Many important documents such as Passport have been delivered at this address in the past, so it's difficult to understand this problem!

                                    The Consignment Number is : UC[protected]IN and the recepient name is Ajit Srinivasan.

                                    For the 2nd Consignment, the Consignment Number is : UC[protected]IN and recepient name is Vijaya Srinivasan

                                      My shipment ID EM[protected]IN was updated on[protected] to IGI TMO NEW DELHI (send receptacle abroad) otb. It has not been updated since then. It is January 11.
