My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 5th Dec, 2020 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 13 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CH[protected]IN. Pls solve this problem, as I'm at a loss for not getting my courior on time

Our company have business parcel account in india post, T.Nagar, Chennai-600017. Our company Customer ID: 52287 & Cont ID:40196287. We booked business parcel 2 boxes from Chennai to Agartala on 4th Dec 2021. Tracking No CT[protected]IN(Parcel weight 31.250KG) & CT[protected]IN(Parcel Weight 30.250KG). My customer received CT[protected]IN this business parcel on 16-Dec-2021. Someone from IndiaPost employee mishandled the parcels and took all items from the boxes and put used old clothes and bricks inside the box and stitched the cloth cover again and send it. When it was reached to my customer place the parcel weight is only 12.40KG only. I am very frustrated for past two days due to this issue without proper sleep. Becoz it's very huge loss for us. The second box tracking no CT[protected]IN this business parcel is in still transit. We put both the parcels in same time only. Kindly advise me how to get compensation from IndiaPost. It's very huge amount.

This is the second time in ordering same product from UK (first one got misplaced in the mail and never reached me) so this time I went for tracked international service but after 11th the status hasn’t even been updated. Then on Twitter india post replies to me that tracking ID beginning with “L” can’t be tracked only!! Making a fool out o[censored]s while we pay close to 899 rupees for the international tracking service fee!!! So on Twitter they told me that on 13th it arrived in Delhi and today it’s 17tj and I still haven’t received it! This one will also get misplaced or what? Even after ordering from tracked service of Royal Mail! This is a scam!

An article booked from Aluva HO on 11/12/2021 to kharagpur technology SO consignment number. EL[protected]IN. Recieved at Kolkata AP TMO on 13/12/2021 as per tracking.
From then no updates, a complaint registered with india post no. [protected], shows the article delivered and on contacting customer care service, it is said that it got delivered to brahmapur SO. Why such mistakes of delivery and the item is of immediate concern. When will I get my article. And due to the delay I am suffering monetary loss, will it be addressed by the india post?

Nov. 27, 2021 I sent 4kls. package to India from Israel with tracking no. EE[protected]IL which is express shipment contains clothes, shoes, chocolates and men's watch. Until now its stuck at Mumbai EMS Speed Post Centre for 21 days now. I called all your numbers for 100 times and sent an email but no response at all. No update on tracking no call to the recipient Im worried and I don't know what to do..The chocolates will be expired and it only be wasted.

I booked my article from Malviya Nagar S.O, Jaipur on 04/12/2021 to send it to Wokha, Nagaland with tracking id ER[protected]IN (using speed post service) but after 08/12/2021 when it get reach to Kolkata RMS Mail TMO it is not updating any further and right now on 15/12/2021 it still showing last update Kolkata RMS Mail TMO . Why is that happening as article is so urgent for me to reach on time and its already took 11 days . I am so tense now please help

I have ordered some products from a person who posted the curoir on 01/12/21 at pacode s.o and then last update was of item dispatched from ma ranchi rms tmo on 13/12/21 and yet my shippment is not delivered . please help me to get my shippmnt it is going to about 15 days and yet i havent got my curior.

I had deposited a parcel on 9th of December for speed post in my nearby post office. Consignment number of the parcel is ER[protected]IN.
Usually any speed post takes 2 days for delivery but it can be exceeds to 4 days if the distance between two places is more then 1800 kms, but mine is from KOTPULI JAIPUR(RAJ.) to AJMER which is approx 260kms..so i wanna know why my speed post has not been delivered yet....

Reached at the DHELI AP TMO received at this post office after that that product is dispatched from Dheli at 21:53:45 but after that i am tracking but the product is got stuck on the same office .
