Not able to track my parcel for past 10 days

Hello,

I am trying to track an important document for past 10 days. The status is showing bagged. This is an international parcel and have no clue when will it be delivered.

Dear sir .my parcel is dispatched from Dadar bpc by mmd mumbai . I got a tracking I'd EM[protected]IN but once I checked I found that they mentioned wrong address and wrong pincode .
They mentioned the address
Amit Kumar, bihar,
Darjeeling, 734015 ...which is totally wrong .
Please correct my address and send it to my address .

    I booked a speed post parcel (EE[protected]IN)

    from Itanagar for Narsinghgarh (465669) on 1st December 2021. On the same date I booked another parcel through ordinary registered post for the same destination.

    Today is 11th December I haven't received the speed post parcel yet. On tracking on the india post portal it is showing the last location on Itanagar of 1st December. I don't know why they have not updated the status from the last 11 days. Also, the parcel which I booked through ordinary post is now reached at my city PO.

    Its very difficult to understand why the speed post is taking so much time when the ordinary post is delivering the parcel to the same destination on timely.

    I request the india post to please deliver my speed post parcel asap.

          I had to recive a package from [ Guwahati -781028 ]
          to [ Saidapet - 600015
          And my local post office called and said the package they recevied was empty and torn and nothing was inside.
          I have filed a complaint for the contents Could you please help me in getting back the contents of my parcel.
          This is very disgusting that we been indians cannot rely and trust on our Indian Post Office.

                      My parcel have been couriered on 24 November 2021 from Kerala and it should be reach at Port Blair . But is not yet received from the date of 28 November 2021, from Chennai .                         I sent a registered letter (RM[protected]IN) to "Smart Chip Pvt Ltd Sector-63 Noida (UP) Pin -201301" on 05 Oct 21. Track record shows that item has been delivered to addressee on 08 Dec 21.
                        2. However addressee is telling that item not received till to-date (09 Dec 21).
                        3. Plz check the record and send me the name of person to whom item has been handed over by postman. Plz accord top priority because correct delivery of item is vital. Treat this matter as most urgent

                            My registered post tracking ID is EP[protected]IN

                            For last more than 10 days (24 Nov 2021), the status is shown as ‘Send receptacle abroad Otb’. from IGI TMO NEW DELHI. However, there is no further update about my courier. Please inform me why the parcel is stuck. And if possible suggest to me how can I speed it up. It’s urgent please!
