Hi .. my courier in India post is stuck since past 6 days at the same place with Noone caring to even take care of it. What's the point of paying and not getting the required service. This is the exact reason why govt service is at such low par compared to other countries.. my parcel contained plants whichay have died by now with Noone owing the responsibility. Stuck with MA RMS ranchi tpo

My mail parcel reached at kol ap tmo on 10th Nov, 2021. On tracking site it is only showing the mail parcel at kol ap tmo from last 1 month approx. I am not able to track my parcel further. Also not getting any updates about the same as I have already contacted the customer care executive more than 10 times. It's an very important mail and needs to reach the destination as earlier as much because it's already too late. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and update me about the same at the earliest.

Someone have send me a product but its a village address, so its showing insufficient address item redirect, so please help me in this problem

My name is Sachin Sarve, I have applied for SBI ATM card on first week of October 2021, and same was dispatched from Bengaluru office on 14/10/2021 and when the parcel was received at my home location post office (Malajkhand) no one had contacted me and without my permission returned back my ATM card to Bengaluru office which caused me a lot of trouble. I am not able to use my account without ATM.

My speed post domestic parcel was booked on 27/11/21 at 'Vasai East IE S.O'
But it is not delivered to the addressee.
Tracking status shows 'not delivered addressee cannot be located'. The address was correctly mentioned and even the addressee was not called.

Please deliver my parcel and contact the addressee for the address.

My passport was dispatched via speed post on 02 December and dispatched on 03 December from New Delhi RS TMO at 09:25 but the status hasn't been updated for whole day. I have a flight tomorrow evening i.e. on 04 December and I need my passport. Can someone please help with it urgently.

My licence was approved, but didn't receive reason behind wrong address mentioned. However, i am trying to reach the number which was provided by the authority via sms ([protected])
How could i know the status of my licence or to which authority sould i go to collect the same.

If no body is bother to pick the phone, it should not have mentioned there.

I received an international package from my office. It was supposed to contain a white towel. But instead I got a package that was resealed. It contained a black pant instead of towel. The package was torn, the towel was replaced by the pant and resealed. Very unprofessional.

My mother is 68 yes old and is bed ridden as she has fractured her ribs. Yesterday a postman with phone number [protected] called her at around 4 pm to say that he can't deliver it to the address on which her ration card has been dispatched. She was told to send someone with her Aadhar card to the Post office to receive it. We tried contacting the post office number [protected] multiple times since morning and on the postman's phone number but no one is receiving. This is unacceptable because if a govt office has dispatched documents to a valid address they are bound by policy to deliver it. On top of that postman stated that if she does not go and collect, they will send the parcel back.

My mother has taken immense pain to get the ration card corrected. If the ration card is sent back with false comments that is is the customer's fault or customer was not contacted, it will take so much time.

Requesting help to please have the parcel delivered to the right address. Mother's name is Gita Das

My pnb cheque book is booked by India post with tracking no. EQ[protected]IN to my address updated in bank account. But India post site showing wrong address on booking of said parcel.

On 30th of november my parcel was received by kol ap tmo, but till now there is no update my parcel has not moved from other post office, the parcel destination pin is 796101. This is urgent please look into the matter and resolved.

HI, This parcel, as shown in the tracking, is still sitting in Mumbai after it was posted. This parcel contains medicines and for 19 days has not moved at all. Kindly provide update.

Dear sir many kind of viruses are coming so please as a matter of request please isolate india by itself which means no international flights shall be permitted to and fro till we get complete rid of all this viruses or find any solution to it. If any more lockdown will be announced then people will get mentally sick which they had already gone through. Also there are colleges at vile parle which are open for unnecessary events like Umang, Kshitij and other activities which we find a risk factor. So kindly look into the above matter at the earliest possible so that viruses don't enter our country and we will be free from lockdown

I received an email on[protected] saying, “ We are glad to inform you that your order[protected] was sent to you. You may track your parcel using your shipping tracking ID: EM[protected]IN.” For 14 days since then, it has never changed status beyond “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment.” At a total of 16 days since my order placed, I would love to see it changed soon to the next shipping status, move through customs, and on to the USA in the next week or so. If you can kindly help expedite this process in any way, I will be most grateful. Thank you very much!

I had posted a Registered Letter with Acknowledgement Due on 3rd Nov'21 to Visakapatnam, which has reached Visakapatnam on 5th Nov'21 but the delivery status of the same has not been updated on the website. The tracking ID is RN[protected]IN. Though i have raised a complaint with India Post the status of the same is open as on date. Complaint No. [protected].

Request you to help in this regard about the status of delivery of above referred Registered Letter.

My parcel with number CG[protected]IN, , it has to come from India to Sudan, but sent to Nigeria, item bagged on 26th of July from impc lagos office and till now a nothing, today is 1th of December and there is no new about my parcel, I raised mail and they said its under investigation and till now there is no solution, I really want to know when I will get my parcel in Sudan, ?

Because Nigerian Post said that Sudan is war zone and no flights can come here, but this not correct, so I want to know if I could redirect my parcel to another address, this my mail
