India Post — Bank Documents are delivered but not yet received

I got a call from courier boy that there is courier from Canara Bank, Please confrm the location, i confirmed it & he said that i will be there in 5 min. But he didn't come, i called him almost 10 times, but he didn't respond.
Next day in the afternoon i called him to know abt the status then he said that he already delivered the courier, i asked him where u delivered it, he said in front of a school a boy came & he said that i am her brother and then i hand overed the courier to that boy. I have a sign on my register.
Heights of carelessness.
I didn't received my courier yet.
Please take a strict action regarding this case.
