My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 2nd August, 2025 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 3 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CR[protected]IN. Pls solve this problem, as I'm at a loss for not getting my valuables on time!!...

Today i have visit your gandhi ashram ahemdabad post office. when i came in post office no person available at proper window. i am wait @ 10 minitue. after 10 min. one person come & reply me today speed post booking is not available at running time. they dont give me proper reason when i meet post master they also dont reply proper. they have waste my 15 min. without my speed post booking.

I have booked parcel on 12 july from Pune Phursungi Office. It was dispatched from main Pune office on 14 July. After that there is no sttaus on the tracking website. Its more than 10 days, the parcel is not delivered....

My speed post, Article No:PP[protected]IN, the delivery was attempted but has not been delivered and shows status "Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located" even when the complete and correct address is provided. The address to be delivered to correctly mentions House no 464 3rd floor sector 27 gurugram. The contact details of the recipient are also correctly mentioned however no contact was attempted. Can you please help me with...

The post office did not work for track. how will I know that my parcel is sent without any message and information....

I’m extremely disappointed with the delay in delivery of my Speed Post parcel, which has been stuck at Rohtak NSH since 8:00 AM on 28 June. The parcel was dispatched from Rohtak TMO at 9:57 PM the previous night, yet it was not scanned at NSH until the next day at exactly 8:00:00 AM. That means it took nearly 10 hours to move within the same city, which is highly unreasonable and suggests either delayed handling or late scanning.
Even more frustrating is that it has now been over 12–13 hours since that scan, and there has still been no dispatch update. This kind of delay completely defeats the purpose o[censored]sing Speed Post for time-sensitive items like debit cards.
I’ve also had previous bad experiences with Rohtak NSH, where parcels were delayed without explanation or proper tracking updates. It seems to be a recurring issue — inefficient bagging cycles, delayed dispatches, and system-generated timestamps that don’t reflect real-time movement.
I request India Post to urgently investigate this delay, ensure the parcel is dispatched immediately, and take steps to improve the operational efficiency and transparency at Rohtak NSH. Customers deserve better service from a premium delivery option like Speed Post.

On 7th May 2025 I booked to deliver a parcel from Bengaluru to West Bengal. It contained household items like Pan, Pressure cooker, kettle, dumbell etc and total weight around 15 Kgs. It was fully packed and accepted in post office.

It's 28th May now, and parcel hasn't still been delivered to destination in my relative's place. When tracking in Indian Post website, it is showing "Item Bagged" in Port blair post office since 14th may. No update after that. I wonder what it's doing in port blair for so long.
I even raised a complain to Indian post website on 20th may and no response from them yet. Complaint number is [protected]
I even tried contacting the port blair post office from its public number but no one picking the call. Tried writting multiple mails to Indian post Greiverance department, no response. Also contacted the bengaluru post post office, but they are not helping too and sending me off saying item is on the way. It's been more than 3 weeks since I sent the parcel and it's not delivered yet and Indian post is showing how irresponsible it is. This needs to be solved as soon as possible.

My India Post item JD[protected]IN has not been delivered since last few days and the current status is showing “Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located”, despite my address being correct and I am present at home.
Today it’s 26 May 2025 but my item should have been delivered by 23 May 2025.
It’s a bank item and very important.

Sir i post my documents by speed post number EH[protected]IN for the Adressess Corps of Signal Records Jabalpur (MP) on 02 May 2025 from Tigaon (Haryana) post office.
