[Resolved] India Post — can't track my parcel

My parcel was shipped at 26 nov from khatiwala tank madhya pradesh to my address srinagar pauri garhwal uttarakhand. I still haven't received my parcel and neither i have been contacted about it.
Also i am not able to track it after 5 dec. I contacted at post office customer service and they said to wait for it. Still there is no progress on this matter

Actually they misinterpreted the code written on box and it was sent to another station. Then it was redirected to my post office and this whole process took 1 extra week
