India Post — complain for postman bad behaviour

Dear respected officer/medam i am ashish lalakiya follow name and address write this letter to you for the following subject. I have to complain for the bad behaviour and bad service. Here is one lady postmen and she is not give time to time regular post, speed post, register id post, and other post. My family is belong from cetral government job and retirement so we have receive more and more letter and other document by speed post and register id and bank documents, but this lady can not give any document in proper time. She always get more time of regular. She give post 10-15 day late every time of regular. My special complain is when she come to give post so she every time fight and other bad behaviour to us and my mother. Today one important bank document receive in ems but my mother is not educated so she fight with my mother and told more bad words and when i was come so she tell me now if you want to get any kind of post so get from office, i am not free for you.

She is every time doing bad behaviour and not give perfect time postl. Every time she is doing this but here area people leave that because she is lady so no one can do complain agains her.
