[Resolved]  India Post — complain on indian speed post complaint

I registered my complain on indian speed post as i had returned back the product to them via speed post service, it dint show any status of being successfully delivered of no. So i cant clam any refund.

My sending consignment no:ek[protected]in with ivr no:[protected]

So i had complaint to speed post on 30/12/2018 to give me some proof of that successful delivery and yet that complain is still pending
