India Post — complaint number: [protected] to india post, item not received | |
I have sent some urgent ayurvedic medicines from pune to usa by speed post. Parcel tracking number is em[protected]in. Status on indiapost website is showing item delivered on 9th may and signed by m patil, but i never received any parcel. I raised a complaint to india post complaint number: [protected], but still getting update as item delivered. Please suggest what to do. The overall package cost was almost 15000 inr. I am unable to receive the parcel from USA. The parcel was returned on 08/02/19 from patliputra so. but still the parcel did not reach the sender. The tracking no is : CF[protected]US and the India post complaint no: [protected]. Please help me to get the parcel or send it back to the seller. Si may have refund, because the parcel is prepaid.
