India Post — Complaint regarding non delivery of Speed Post after 10 days of booking

I have booked my speed post on 20/07/2020 at New Town SO, Kolkata - 156 but after 10 days parcel has not been delivered to the address being sent and it's reflecting same status on website against the consignment number.

Kindly help on this regard as this as the post contains extremely important documents which is awaited at the receiving end.

Following is the status I could see at the website which has no updates post 23/07/2020.
