India Post — Consignment is not yet delivered

I have sent a speed post of examination application. My consigment number is ef[protected]in dated 06-may-2017. It is already been 6 days still not yet delivered. When i have traced on website, it is showing following movement as the last movement-

Additionally, i have asked at darbhanga po and muzaffarpur po both, but none responded. Please look into my issue so that my application reach on time.
The last date to receive application is 13th may, 2017.
