India Post — Consignment Nos. AW[protected]IN and AW[protected]IN have not received despatched 15 & 29 July 21 respectively.

I have received two mobile Msg from India Post mentioning to deliver Speed Post Consignment First on 15/07/2021 and other on 29/07/2021 to my mobile No. [protected]. The said consignment nos. are mentioned above.
I have also received a msg that the said consignments have been delivered but actually not received by me.
Please intimate the reason of it and who is actually received it.
