India Post — Consignment not delivered after 1 month

My tracking number is EM[protected]IN
I have booked painting from India Post, Kothrud, Pune office for speed post on 8th Jan 2022 for USA.
on 10th it shows Mumbai and on 15th it shows IGI TMO New Delhi and status shows Send receptacle abroad (Otb).

But after that there is no update. 1 month passed it still not delivered to USA.
I have lodged complain [protected] and it has been closed after 5 days without any action. Only action they have taken that they opened new complain [protected] for that.

Please tell me by when it will be deliver. Its important.

Hi…this Manjeet singh, I send to in Australia medicine very urgent for my brother and you guys put in Rubbish bin, what’s happening. you use common sense please, can you send to me all medicine return I spend too much money for that medicine.
