India Post — consignment not delivered still after 7 days

Consignment no : ed[protected]in

Current status: bag dispatched to nsh hyderabad since 12th may 2018 9:44 am (Same thing since 6days)

I had sent the item on 11th may from delhi. Everything from delhi was on time but don't know what nsh hyderabad is doing. It doesn't take 6 days for an item to reach to hyderabad.

Please speed up the process or else i will log a complaint with higher authority.
