India Post — Courier Didn't reach the Delivery Depot and False information was updated by the post company on the Tracking website

My Parcel from Germany still didn't reach me. It never reached the delivery depot and false information was added on the tracking. It is an urgent parcel and i went to the Post office to collect but they asked me to come back in 2 days. Now they have redirected the courier to some other Post office and am unable to even lodge a complaint as The sender is from Germany.
You can at least just send the courier back to the post office in vadgoan Budruk and I will collect it from there.
