India Post — courier not getting delivered

My parcel is with dimc since 5 days, i have tracked it yesterday and it showed they it's dispatched for banglore to reach me and this morning when i again checked the status of the courier then it's showing its with delhi international mail center and not being dispatched,, i don't know why its been delayed by 5 days, it's being at dims since[protected]. I want that courier soon it's sent from uk.
And dimc is not even bothered to call and collect the information if they want... Please solve this issue

My parcel coming from Thailand is stuck with Delhi International mail center past 10 days (tracking number : LP[protected]TH). Please let me know when will it be delivered.
