I was not available at the time of delivery as I am a working girl. I requested the postman to deliver my courier to someone else nearby but he refused to deliver. Or deliver it in the evening or in second halft on Saturday. Can it be possible to deliver my courier at my office address or post office nearby my office.

My office address- 39, Shakespeare Sarani, Premlata Building, Super Shakti Group, 4th Floor, Kolkata- 700017

I need my parcel as it's very important for me. Please resolve my issue.
