India Post — Custom Hold - awaiting presentation to border agency/s

I delivered a package with some documents from Baltimore, USA to Kolkata. It arrived at the Post Office on 6th August and it is still there and says awaiting presentation to border agency/s for the past 6 days.
The Consignment Number is CH[protected]US. Please take a look at this as soon as possible. Thank you!

Updated by Hirakr Update: The customs were cleared one day after I filed this complaint and it is now in Alipore Post Office. Thank you for the swift response in clearing customs.
