India Post — Customer care executive

Customer care executive no responding correctly, 1) I asked him raise the complaint that there is no update in the tracker but the customer care executive raise the complaint against the delay of the parcel.
2) There are telling no high authorized person is there above them such as supervisor, etc.
3) They are argue with the customers, I registered to investigate on particular day, but there are saying which day we like we go the investigation on that day, there is no rule to register to complaint against us, there are saying the customer care executives, the help line number which i contact is: [protected].
