[Resolved] India Post — Customer ID generation
My policy no is[xxxxxxxxxx]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but every time when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.
