India Post — debit card not received

I did not receive my debit card.. When i checked the status using track consignment using post website it shows item bagged at kol ap nsh
Please help me as soon as possible... And how can i get my debit card back.
Also attaching the tracking status so that it will be easy for you people to resolve the problem...
Please help me as soon as possible as its urgent..

Parcel stuck at KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE, since 28th august even after 42 days no parcel was delivered, same happened with previous order.
Tracking id of order is : UR[protected]CN
I don't know if our country itself is stealing packages
