India Post — delay in delivery of international registered post

Hello, sir!
I apply about my parcel with the tracking number ru[protected]in from india to russia, which is not tracked in the system since 17.07.
To date (14.09.2018) the status "receive item from customer" does not change.in addition, another departure intended for me, with tracking number ru[protected]in, also does not change the status "receive item from customer" since 24.08. Both parcels were sent from gomtinagar post
Office 226010. I can not reach the gomtinagar so and lucknow gpo? Because i'm in russia. I've sent a lot of e-mails to lucknow gpo, but it doesn't work.
I kindly ask you again to clarify the situation. Are these parcels lost, stolen or delayed? Please send them to me immediately!!! Please reply to me and explain the reasons for that situation.
