India Post — Delay in delivery of parcel

I send parcel via india post on 30 june 2015 tracking no. Cp[protected]in to growthways pvt ltd company 21 days are gone they not recieve the parcel till now and tracking detail said that parcel is in ludhiana i loged complaint regarding delay in delievery complaint no. [protected] on 8 july they not respond please solve my problem as soon as possible
