My speed post parcel (tracking ID - ET[protected]IN) is showing status that it is bagged in Ranaghat ICH since 5th of Dec which is just 30km away from final destination...on registering complaint on online portal also the problem hasn't been resolved and the both the Ranaghat and Kalyani post offices are denying having the parcel .Clearly Ranaghat ICH has the parcel otherwise status would update to Dispatched from there instead of jst bagged ADVERTISEMENT
Complaint marked as Resolved Dec 10, 2020 Status updated finally and has reached destination Post office Complaint Status [Dec 10, 2020] India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

hey,
I just sent some items from Qatar to India on 29 th of Dec 2020, by epost Qatar.. by ems. fast service but till today I haven't received my product yet may I know whats the reason to hold my items in India as it is been cleared In Mumbai customs and they have shipped to chennai customs.. chennai customs has holded my items.. I need a clear justifications regarding to it
