India Post — delaying in delivery by india post

I have sent complaint before but i didn't have any response to my message. So i want to complaint it again that i haven't received my consignment which had booked from upudi, karnataka on 7th september 2017. My consignment number is ck[protected]in. I traced my consignment who is lastly shown as the item was bagged to ph guwahati on 11th september 2017. Now it is more than 15 days still it is showing "the item is bagged to ph guwahati".
Please enquiry my request.

Sorry to say that I am sending the speed post at Cooch Behar for my family on 18.09.2017 from Kolkata GPO. But did not received till date 27.09.17. Please take the necessary action.
