I am writing to complain about Indian Post delay or no status of an international parcel sent from Malaysia to India, which appears to be stuck in after customs process local transit with no recent progress.
According to the tracking updates:
Fri, 01 August 2025 – 10:59 AM: The parcel was presented to the Customs Authority for inspection.
Sat, 02 August 2025 – 12:47 PM: Status changed to “Transfer in progress – Your parcel is being transported to the next facility.”
Since then, there have been no further updates, and the India Post tracking system continues to show the parcel as “In Transit.”
