[Resolved]  India Post — Delivery of SBI ATM CARD to wrong/unauthorized person

Sir,
It is a deep concern for my daughter due to negligence of Speed post India. My SBI ATM card is delivered to wrong person, I will held the Speed post responsible for any untoward incident, my Consignment number is JA[protected]IN.
Delivery location post office: SAROJINI NAGAR SO., LUCKNOW -226008.

As, postman knows us and our house very well. This is serious negligence on his part and took it casual. We contacted the post office head postmaster too. But he said he is helpless and couldn't helped in this kind of serious nature of complaint.

Sir, As per Aadhar card my daughter's address is printed wrong by the school authorities.
I have already requested and applied for change in address to UADAI. But I haven't received any confirmation letter yet from UADAI.

Sir, In aadhar card it is printed by mistake as D/o Ajay Giri, 10, Naveen Gauri, SAROJINI NAGAR, AMAUSI, LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH -226008

Postman is familiar with this address issue, as he knows our house and delivered my posts earlier. I assured him that I will apply for change in address in aadhar and did the same. He was aware of this issue as he knows us personally for years. How he can handover a very important document to an unknown person without verification.

Sir, Please relocate my daughter's card and take strict necessary action to avoid any fraud with my daughter's ATM CARD. PLEASE HELP US.

This India speed post customer care will not pick or response properly to any customers . And the employee of India post is worst.
