India Post — Delivery of Speed Post at Wrong Address

Ref no EA[protected]IN, was not delivered at address mention on it. On system it come to light consignment delivered on 27 Jun but in real it was collected in person on 09 Jul after getting call from one stranger only.
IRRESPONSIBILITY SHOWN BY DUTY POSTMAN IS NOT ACCEPTED. ON ASKING PERSONALLY REGARDING THE LETTER, his reply was unjustified" saying you may not be at home".Does it allow him to throw the letter at any other door?? UNNECESSARY DELAY HAMPERING DAYS WORK OF INDIVIDUAL SINCE LAST 14 DAYS.

Please look into matter and ensure the issue not repeat again.
