[Resolved] India Post — Delivery stuck

My passport has dispatched under reference no. PP[protected]IN, has been received in Ghaziabad Ma RMS TMO on 11th May. The item need to be delivered in veerpal colony sarfabdad sector-73 NOIDA.
But after that there is no update on the status. Also the customer care is not responding.

My speed post parcel has been dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO on 1/07/2021 but there has been no updates after that. Is my parcel moving ? It is really important. My tracking id is ES[protected]IN
