India Post — Denial to register/speed post just after 14.00hr onward as no time left.

Sir, i had gone to register a letter in sub post office jnmc amu aligarh 13.55hr dated 27.08.16 and requested to a registry but the booking officer concerned firstly denied to do so. On asking closing time, he arrogantly replied that the closing time is 14.00 hr daily. After a lot of argument barely he opened the already closed computer system before 14.00hr. He also challenged me to complain against him about this whole story. I am fail to know that why this sub post office is free to close before the time whereas other post offices are opened upto 15.00hr. Kindly take an appropriate action against that post-master.
