India Post — did not received but update as delivery

Post a persal from pin code 784176 (Biswanath chariali) to 781102 (Hajo) on 29-06-19by speed post with consignment no-es[protected]in
My persal is not deliverd till now bt when i track with the consignment no it shows deliverd. And i got sms yesterday that your item is delivert bt still i didnot received the item.. How it is possible to get sms before delivert and i am not found the item at hajo post office
Please look after the matter as soon as possible
