India Post — Didn't get my bank welcome kit through RBI Speed post

This is to register a complaint for not getting my welcome kit of RBI bank, delivered on 23rd, january, 2017. Speed post No: EQ[protected]IN. I am in need of my debit card and check book urgently, i track my speed post and it's location is Palam Village S.O delivered on 25/01/2017. destination pin code is 110045. So i request you to solve my problem so that i can be stressfree.
