In 7/7/21 but I noticed that there is no tracking number

MH[protected] I know this is not your concert but
dispatch is your concert
And it's showing that (licence dispatched
And dispatched Through postal services)
And there is no tracking number Showing from long time
I'm from pune maharashtra
