India Post — documents not delivered-mutual fund-power finance

This is with reference to non delivery of my bonds at address mentioned.

Track no of document is ed[protected]in.

After tracking with post office of krishana nagar - it was found undelivered.

& returned back to new delhi post office.

Reason mentioned-house locked. But in actual our house is never locked.

Please look into the matter so that i can received my documents back.
