Duplicate passbooks ([protected] & [protected]) not issued in 4 months (Sent to head post office on 09.09.2019, rn1s2303003in) even after providing gd, kyc, sb41 to howrah ho through b. Garden so. The b. Garden so post master has misbehaved with the senior citizens (Also cerebral attack survivor) customers and always asked to follow up with howrah ho senior post master for this. I, siddhartha biswas, son of the said customers have taken follow up with the howrah dpm2 in this regard and he confirmed that he did not receive the application from the branch (B. Garden so) and advised to re-submit everything. While trying to do so, the b. Garden post master and his senior staff misbehaved with me just because i asked few questions and requested to re-submit my parents' application as done in the first place. He clearly denies to provide service because i asked too many questions and always tried to route me to senior post master of the region for clarification, which is again time consuming and as dpm2 confirmed that would not provide any resolution as the needful to be done from only the branch office. I would like to draw your attention to such incidents and request to take stern actions to such activities of harassment to the senior citizens, delaying services, misbehavior, taking undue advantage of the chair.
