My family had delivered parcel - EE[protected]TH from Thailand - TH00228 since 5 May 2025 arrived in DELHI EMS SPEED POST CENTRE - IN111002 on 7 May 2025.

The latest update status was on 10 May 2025 - Custom Hold - AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S and no any further updates until 20 May 2025.

Could you please kindly help me release this parcel as soon as possible? I have to fly back to Thailand by this Saturday 24 May 2025.
