My friend from Jejuri sent me a parcel on 16th July 2017. This was supposed to arrive in 10 days. After a month, the parcel has not yet arrive. I have lodged a complaint to the Indian Post and the keep telling me to co-operate the matter is under investigation. Its been one moth and the are unable to locate my parcel. Its unacceptable paying thousands of rupees for courier and i have not received it and the post don't even know where its location is.

Updated by Pervish Luximon The Tracking keeps showing Item insert in bag since one month and yet no sign of my parcel. I have been usually using postal service worldwide. This is the first time i am facing such a problem. Its the poorest service i have ever experience. The post employees tell me the are investigating where the parcel is? That's also after one month they have no idea ? That's unacceptable. I have paid almost INR 2, 000 for postage and it is unacceptable that my parcel has not arrived.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I posted a registry letter on 24072017 at 11.14 AM to Ahmadabad from Delhi.
Above said registry neigther delivered at Ahmadabad nor returned back to Delhi address till date after a lapse of more than 15 days.
