India Post — fail to give the parcel 2nd time

This is my em[protected]in id no. Reliance mf send the 2 times pin of the atm card. But post man gives the different different reason every time and send the parcel back to reliance. First time said that you are not available when i talk with the postman he said your society lifts are closed so i did not give the parcel. 2nd time he said i have no address our parcel have the insufficient address so i return your parcel
