India Post — how to track speed post after expiry of the date.

Dear sir,
My name is ashim roy. I'm from garamdew, baksa, assam.

I had sent an application form regarding apsc cce (P), 2018, in speed post
To
"deputy secretary, apsc jawahar nagar-781022, khanapara"
From mushalpur post office-781372.
But it had not reached destination yet. So what can i do now?? Please send the speed post to the destination as soon as possible.
I have enclosed picture of record of the speed post.
