India Post — Huge delay in delivery of Important bank document

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Shureshbabu. J I have requested for HDFC Bank Cheque book request in HDFC Krishnagiri branch and the cheque book was dispatched via speed post on October 16, 2020. Airway Bill No./Reference No.: EB[protected]IN
But after 5 days till today, October 21, 2020 it is not delivered to me and it is showing the same location in tracking as BNPL Hub Anna Road Counter - Item booked. This is a very important bank document needed for me, if not received in time will affect me with major financial losses and big difficulties for me.
Kindly requesting concerned authorities to contact India speed post and process to deliver my Cheque book at my registered mailing address at the earliest
