Respected sir,
I have booked a consigment on india post on 03.10.2020.Tracking status - consignment item received on 06.10.2020 at mumbai ap inland tmo. Till now item not yet moved or updated from mumbai, as well as not delivered to the destination address. I already lodged online complaint regarding this issue but there is no response. I asked the udumalpet post office (ho[protected] but ended up in vain by no proper response. The article contains the important documents which need to be delivered and submitted on or before 09.10.2020.Kindly do the needful.

    Hello,
    I have posted for 518 rp area afs jorhat assam 785001
    But we mistakenly write the wrong pincode in the address, so the status is updated as an insufficient address. It's been over 20 days since i posted the parcel.

      Speed Post - Parcel stuck at BILASPUR RS TMO for 19 days now

      Tracking Number: EM[protected]IN

      The parcel was booked in Mumbai (400064) on 14-Sept-2020 for Baikunthpur SO (PIN 497335). It was dispatched from BILASPUR RS TMO on 19-Sept-2020. The status has not changed/updated since that date. It has been 19 days now. I really need for the parcel to be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19. So can I at least know if this delivery is still in process or if the parcel...

Today one of the postman said that your products are still there in the office while roaming next to my house. This tracking number are also not able to track. Where i will go to get my product? This all are my hard come money products so please send my products, almost 2 months are over. Tell me where i will go to get my products, its already have been in india since 2 months.

        My tracking id ew[protected]in. I booked my parcel on 03/10/2020 and on 07/10/2020 i received notification that it reached its destination whereas it has not reached to the place but the status is showing that it got delivered. Now i dont know what will happen. I am disappointed with this kind of service.

                      I have booked speed post on 19th Sep, Its is still showing dispatched status from 22nd Sept from Ghaziabad, The letter I have sent Is very important and has to be received by the company till now.

                        I am using https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/DOP.Portal.Tracking/TrackConsignment.as... to track my package. And seems like it has already been dispatched from Durg RS TMO. Destination is DURG HO. Need to know how much more time it would take for the delivery to complete. Asking you this because i need the package as early as possible.

                          My parcel having document no EW[protected]IN shipped from Kalighat, Kolkata on 29/09/20 to be delivered to Antriksh Golf View2, Sector 78, Noida-201301 but as per the speedpost tracker the parcel is showing as delivered on 03/10/2020 from Sec 122 Noida SO with the comments "Item delivery confirmed[ To DFG] though i have not received the parcel.                             I held an MIS a/c with FCI PO Mumbai 400074 post office since April 2015. The monthly interest was transferred automatically to my SB a/c *****74056 every month since April 2015. From my SB a/c *****74056 every month money is transferred automatically to RD a/c ******78658 since June 2015. Recently, when I visited post office, it was found that since June 2019, auto transfer from my SB a/c to my RD transfer has stopped due to system error at back end. The post office officials levied a fine of Rs 945/- for this system failure and asked me to deposit 6 months instalments with fine, which was done promptly.

                            I request that the fine of Rs 945/- levied on me by post office for their system failure be refunded immediately to me as fault lies with post office system.

                            Kindly do the needful for refunding the wrongly levied penalty at the earliest.

                            written various emails but all bounced including the one to postmaster general Maharashtra region. Have been writing since 07.12.2019 but no resolution till now. came across this web site today hence through consumer complaints

                              My transcript despatched from IGNOU & IIM Lucknow through India Post is stuck in canada customs from 29th September 2020 & 4th October 2020 respectively. I have contacted india post and launched a complaint in their portal, but the only response received is to contact customs office. If india post is a responsible service provider why does india post take so much time to get the documents cleared through customs while other service providers can do it in max of 3 days.                                     International parcel was sent on 22nd July 2020 from Hissar and is not received in London, which is a shame. Track consignment shows it is shipped to Delhi from Rohtak. Such an incompetent delivery or lack of it. Tracking number is Eh[protected]IN and details are in the screenshot.

                                      Address: Hyderabad

                                      On 15/09/2020, a package with University Education Trascripts have been booked with BNPL Hyderabad. The package immediately completed Customs clearance and packed is bagged for shipment on 19/09/2020. It has been 20 days and the Package is still in Item bageed status.

                                      The documents are supposed to be delivered to Education Council in another country as early as possible. Delay in delivery of package will cause cancellation of my registration.

                                      Complaint has been raised in India Post Complaint system and it seems there is no use of raising complaint as India Post does not case to solve.

                                      I request concerned authorities from BNPL Hyderabad to look into this matter immediately.
