India Post — I am complaining about my stuck admission letter from taiwan

I have not received my letter from india post and it is now stuck at delhi international mail centre. The courier was from taiwan and the courier tracking history cites that the delivery failed due to absence of such person in the address however not even for once i have received such call or even mail. Kindly see into the matter. It is very important. The document holds my unuversity admission letter and very important for my educational purpose.
