India Post — I am complaining about not deliver item / no updating on portal

Dear Sir,

My complaint is about delay in delivery of my parcel which is booked on[protected], Consignment No. is EF[protected]IN,

its been 10 days but no update even on portal,
I approached to delivery location post office and meet head of the department but still no result,

so I would request you to kindly give solutions as soon as possible of my concern
