India Post — I am writing a complaint about non delivery and delay of parcel

I had booked a parcel through India Post on 18/10/2025 from Madurai to Greater Noida, bearing tracking number CT[protected]IN.

The expected delivery time has already passed, but the item has not yet been delivered. Tracking updates have not changed for several days, causing inconvenience.

I kindly request India Post to look into this matter and ensure prompt delivery of the parcel. It would be helpful if the concerned department could share the latest delivery status and reason for the delay.
